LouAnn (Richards) Gill, 56, of Slatington, died Sept. 28, 2017, in her home.

Born April 1, 1961, in Allentown, she was the daughter of Evan E. Richards of Coaldale and Louise P. (Sniscak) Mele and her husband, Anthony, of Nesquehoning.

A graduate of West Chester University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, she was a credit analyst at The Neffs National Bank for the last four years.

Before that, she drove school bus for the Northern Lehigh School District for many years.

She was a member of Good Shepherd United Church of Christ, Slatington, and served as a fire police volunteer for the Friedens Fire Company.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by daughters Samantha K. Gill and her fiancée, Alexander M. Lahue, of Macungie, and Nicole R. Gill at home.
