Jean M. Perch, 78, of South Whitehall Township, died Sept. 23, 2017, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

Born March 28, 1939, in Wilkes-Barre, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Wassel.

She and her husband Leonard J. Perch were married 51 years in May.

A member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Orefield, she sang with the funeral choir.

In addition to loving husband, she is survived by sons Leonard C. at home and Gary of Scottsdale, Ariz.; siblings Joseph of Wilkes-Barre Township; and twin sister Arlene Wassel of Dallas.

She was predeceased by her brother Donald.

Family and friends may call 9:30-10 a.m. on Sept. 28 at the church, 1879 Applewood Drive, Orefield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.

Interment will conclude services at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Dallas.
