Constance L. Palmer

Constance L. Palmer, 61, of Kutztown, died Sept. 11, 2017, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

She and her husband Phillip P. Palmer were married 13 years last December.

Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Grace (Jacoby) Arndt.

She was a rural postal carrier for the U.S. Post Office in Fogelsville for 20 years and also a bus driver for the Northwestern Lehigh School District.

She was of the Lutheran faith.

She was on the board of directors for the former Northwestern Ambulance Corps.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Chrystal Brunson and husband, Jerome, of Harrisburg; son Craig Deppe and wife, Erin, of Emmaus; stepdaughters Pamela Kline of New Tripoli, Shannon Rinkinen and husband, Ross, of Michigan, Jennifer Livengood of Bucks County; stepsons Patrick Palmer of Breinigsville, Ted Livengood and wife, Dawn, of Illinois; sisters Charlotte Yeakel and husband, Leo, of Chinchilla, Patricia Warnagiris and husband, Joseph, of Walnutport, Sharon Weber of Tennessee, Judy Smyth of Slatington; brother Dale Arndt and wife, Alice, of Danielsville; seven grandchildren; 10 step-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild; nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by sisters Brenda Solt and Cindy Arndt, and stepson, Phillip Jr.

She will be missed by her beloved pet companions.

Services will be at the convenience of the family.
