Michael W. Raine, 53, of Schnecksville, died Aug. 8, 2017, in Caroline County, Va.

He and his wife Cindy L. (Brunner) Raine were married 31 years.

Born April 26, 1964, in Chicago, Ill., he was the son of Russell A. and Lorraine L. (Miller) Raine of Plainfield, Ill.

He faithfully and honorably served his country in the U.S. Army, serving two tours of duty in Iraq.

A truck driver for Western Express Inc., Tennessee, for the last five years, he previously worked at Jaindl Farms Inc., Orefield, for many years.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by a son, Jeffery A. Raine of Illinois; daughter Amanda M. Raine of Schnecksville; and sister Kathleen Raine of Illinois.

Private interment with military honors will take place at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
