Jeffrey C. Roth, 57, of Slatington, died Aug. 23, 2017, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

He and his wife, Lori J. (Bennyhoff) Roth, were married 36 years in February.

He was the son of Paul Roth and the late Mary (Becker) Roth.

A diesel mechanic in the Lehigh Valley for many years, he honorably served his country in the U.S. Army.

In addition to his wife and father, he is survived by a son, Jacob of Lehighton; brother Paul of Bowmanstown; grandson Trevor and several cats.

His service will be private.
