Before the end of the last school year, Skills- USA held its eighth annual culinary challenge at the Lehigh Career and Technical Institute, Schnecksville.
Teams from LCTI, Bethlehem Area Vocational Technical School, Career Institute of Technology, Monroe Career and Technical Institute, and Upper Bucks County Technical School competed for the People’s Choice Award.
Judges included Laurie Hackett, Air Products; Kristen Rinaldi, Lehigh Valley Style; Chris Porreca, Lehigh Valley Phantoms and Bobby Gunther Walsh, radio station WAEB 790 AM.
When all the plates were cleared from the tables, the team from Upper Bucks took home the People’s Choice Award.
