SALISBURY POLICE

Police were called to Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest 9:30 p.m. July 20 for the report of a patient with drugs. The patient allegedly attempted to smoke a small amount of marijuana for pain.

Andrew Keyser, 25, of Coplay, was charged with possession of a controlled substance 8:15 a.m. July 20 at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest. Police say three packets of white powder allegedly fell out of Keyser’s socks. The powder tested positive for heroin.

Members of the Waldheim Park Association, 2400 S. Hall St., reported 8:55 a.m. July 21, an unknown person broke into the pool house and removed $20 and snacks worth $100. Police are investigating.

An unknown person damaged a door handle of a car parked at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest. The damage was reported 5 p.m. July 22.

Police were called to Lindberg Park, 2800 Lindberg Ave., 8:30 p.m. July 23 for the report of soap dispensers ripped down and damage to a sink in the women’s bathroom

Attempted theft

A resident in the 800 block of East Wayne Avenue reported 9:07 a.m. July 22, an unknown person entered two unlocked vehicles on the property, put contents of the glove box on the floor and left. Nothing was taken and there was no damage to the vehicles.

A resident in the 3600 block of Sunset Avenue reported 12:31 p.m. July 25, a vehicle on the property had been entered but nothing was removed.

Darrell Ledet, 36, of Bethlehem, was charged with alleged simple assault and harassment following an incident in the 1600 block of Beech Street 6:24 a.m. July 23. The victim had a cut on the left side of the face and a red mark on her forehead. Ledet was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Police were called for an assault 7:12 p.m. July 26 in the 1600 block of Riverside Drive between a black male and a white female. Police searched the area for the couple and were unable to locate them.

A clerk at Daisy Hill Market, 1848 E. Susquehanna St., reported 3:46 a.m. July 23, a black male wearing a partial mask, entered the store carrying a stick or a bat. The clerk ran out of the store, with the male chasing her telling her to get back into the store and open the register. The clerk ran to safety and the male ran away. Police are investigating.

Police were called to 3300 block of Devonshire Road 6:36 p.m. July 20 for a burglar alarm.

Police were called to the 2900 block of South Pike Avenue 5:40 p.m. July 20 for a hold up alarm.

Police were called to the 3600 block of Salisbury Hills Drive 2:58 a.m. July 20 for a fire alarm.

Police were called to the 3100 block of West Emaus Avenue 4:58 p.m. July 21 for a burglar alarm.

Police were called to the 3300 block of Lehigh Street 2:03 a.m. July 22 for a burglar alarm.

Police were called to the 2200 block of Nottingham Road 2:44 p.m. July 22 for a panic alarm.

Police were called to the 2000 block of Bevin Drive 6:12 a.m. July 23 for a fire alarm.

Police were called to the 3300 block of Lehigh St. 7:20 p.m. July 23 for a burglar alarm.

Police were called to the 1200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard 8:49 p.m. July 24 for a burglar alarm.

Police were called to the 300 block of Nicole Circle 11:56 a.m. July 25 for a burglar alarm.
