Ryan Noon of Kutztown was named to the president’s list at Western New England University for the 2016 fall semester.

Noon is working toward a degree in mechanical engineering.

Students are named to the president’s list for achieving a semester grade point average of 3.80 or higher out of a possible 4.0.
