The 37th annual Northampton Exchange Club Community Days Fair will be held July 12-15, closing with a spectacular fireworks display.
Hours for the fair - held at Municipal Park, Smith Lane and Laubach Avenue - are 6-10 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and noon-11 p.m. Saturday.
Theme evenings are making a debut at the community event.
Kids Night, featuring the Little Miss Community Days Pageant, kicks off the fair July 12. Other events include a puppeteer and entertainment by Joe Weber, who will perform in the grove 7:30-10 p.m.
Veterans Night will be held July 13. Exchange Club members will honor Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4714. Swing Time Dolls will perform in the grove 6-7 p.m.
A karaoke contest will follow 7:30-10 p.m. The winner will take home some prize money.
Friday is Black and Orange Night in recognition of the Northampton Area School District and its students. Lucky Seven will take the stage in the grove 6-9 p.m.
Saturday is Senior Citizens Night. A wiffle ball tournament is planned for noon-6:30 p.m., followed by plenty of entertainment: Large Flower Heads, 12:30-3:30 p.m. in the grove; Joe Kroboth, 4-7 p.m. in the grove; GirlCrue, 7:15-10:10 p.m. at the bandshell; and Peter Johann Band, 7:30-10 p.m. in the grove.
Bingo will be held nightly in pavilion B. Games, rides and refreshments also are part of the festival fun.
LT&T Finale Kings will present a fireworks finale July 15, starting approximately 10:15 p.m.
