Kelsy Lynn Thomson

Kelsy Lynn Thomson, 35, of Whitehall, died June 7, 2017. Her greatest love in life were her daughters, Addison and Kendall.

There was nothing she would not do to see them happy.

Christmas was a favorite time, decorating the tree with the girls and making it a special celebration.

She loved music, specifically Bruce Springsteen, and she would frequently coach her daughters on singing along to the songs she herself enjoyed.

Being such a loving and caring person made her perfectly suited for her job with the human resources team at Amazon.

There, she found her special place among coworkers.

Her work ethic was unsurpassed, and she didn’t know the meaning of quit.

When she committed herself to something, she always followed through whether it was her job or her family.

Always the smiling, happy child growing up, she loved roller coasters, and traveled to Cedar Point to ride as many as possible.

Camping with the girls at Assateague Island was another very special time for her.

A 1999 graduate of Parkland High School, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education and a Master’s degree in business.

In addition to her daughters, she is survived by her father David Pierson with Lisa Tillman; mother Nancy (Milander) Pierson with George Gezzer; sister Lauren Pammer and her husband, Kyle; paternal grandmother Janet Thibault; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of her life will be at 2 p.m. on June 25 at 1401 Laubach Ave., Northampton, in park pavilion B across from the municipal building.

Contributions will go toward the education of Addison and Kendall.

Checks may be made payable to Nancy Pierson and mailed to 444 Pershing Blvd., Whitehall, PA 18052-6411

Arrangements were made by Gilbert Funeral Home, Whitehall.
