Kathy A. Richards, 56, of Walnutport, died April 30, 2017, at her home. She was the wife of Thomas W. Richards of Walnutport.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of Betty (Gower) DiGiacinto of Stiles and the late Frederick Nipples.

She was a receptionist and secretary for 10 years for Action Machinery, Bethlehem. Prior to that, she was a receptionist for Crowder Jr., Allentown.

She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Stiles.

In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by a sister, Diane Yurasits and her husband Louis; three brothers, Daniel Gower and his companion Judy Trimble, Joseph Gower and his wife Donna and Frederick Gower and his wife Heather; nieces; and nephews.
