Donna L. Cope, 54, of Bath, died May 2, 2017, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, Bethlehem. She was the wife of Larry L. Cope for 21 years.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Orrin K. Rute and Madeline L. (Getz) Rute.

She was a graduate of Northampton High School.

She was a clerk for the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, Northampton state store, for 15 years before she retired in 2015.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Woodrow C. Buskirk of Danielsville; a daughter, Rachel M. Cope of Bath; two stepsons; Aaron and his wife Juno Cope of Honolulu, Hawaii, and Ryan and his wife Jacki Cope of Batavia, Ill.; a brother, Ryan P. Rute of Danielsville; three sisters, Jane D. Harmon of Allentown, Marge and her husband Thomas Meyers of Saint Augustine, Fla., and Lana L. and her husband Samuel Elias of Annville; a grandson, Colton Buskirk; nieces; and a nephew.
