Rose M. Stubits, 91, of Northampton, died April 28, 2017, in Gracedale. She was the wife of the late Joseph M. Stubits.

Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Rose (Sabara) Filipovits.

She worked at Clyde Shirt Factory for many years. She cleaned at Cement National Bank and Our Lady of Hungary Church for several years.

She was a member of Queenship of Mary Church, where she sang on the choir for many years, and was part of its altar and rosary society.

She was a member of St. Peter & Paul Hungarian Society.

She is survived by two sons, Michael J. Stubits and his wife Kelly and Joseph J. Stubits; a brother, John Filipovits; nieces; and nephews.

She was predeceased by a brother, Frank Filipovits; and two sisters, Mary Sugra and Helen Filipovits.
