PSSA testing will take place in the elementary schools in April and May.

Tests in English language arts for grades three to five will be given April 4-7.

Math tests for grades three to five will be given April 25-27. The science PSSA for grade four will be May 2-3.

Kindergarten registration for children in the district who will be 5 on or before Sept. 1 will take place April 19 and 20 at Northwestern Elementary School.

Parents and guardians should go to nwlehighsd.org to schedule an appointment.

Bring the child’s state birth certificate with official raised seal, two proofs of residency, proof of immunization, custody information if applicable and the child.

Weisenberg Elementary

Festival of the Arts will take place 6-8 p.m. March 30. First- and second-grade students will perform at 6:30 p.m.

Students artwork will be displayed throughout the school, and book fair will be in the library.

Parents are invited to visit the school and enjoy the event.

March 31 is “Weis”enberg Spirit Day. Students are invited to wear black and gold that day to show their school spirit.

There is a PTO meeting scheduled for 9:15 a.m. April 7 in room 145.
