William J. Schultz, died Jan. 9, 2017, at his home in Scottsdale, Ariz. He was the husband of Sandra (Sterner) Schultz for 54 years. He was the son of Ruth (Kern) and Fred Schultz.

He worked for the family business, Schultz Electric, before moving to Arizona in 1989.

He enjoyed traveling, bicycling and when family would get together. Always remembered for his quick wit and humor, he was a quiet, gentle soul and will be missed by many.

He is survived by his wife and soul mate; daughters, Tammy and her husband Scott Hemmis and Kellie and her husband Bryan Richards; sons, Michael and his soul mate, Molly and Dean and his wife Julie; grandchildren, Colby, Courtney, William, Shelby, Michael; great-grandson, Liam; numerous nieces and nephews; sister, Connie Kneedler; brother Jeff and his wife Anna Mae; brother-in-law, Harold Horn. He was predeceased by a sister, Patricia Horn who died December 2015.
