Nancy L. Krause, 87, of Macungie, died Jan. 23, 2017, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of the late Charles W. Krause Jr. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Elizabeth (Unger) Weidner.

In her prior years, she worked for the former W. T. Grant Department Store and later cared for her grandchildren.

She was a former member of St. Paul’s U.C.C., Trexlertown.

She is survived by sons Scott B. and his wife Debbie, of Allentown, Bruce T. and his wife Debbie, of Pulaski, Tenn; daughter Robin L., and her husband Steve Oplinger, of Macungie; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, David.

Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Jan. 26, Zion’s Evangelical Lutheran Church cemetery, 5901 King’s Highway S., Old Zionsville.

Arrangements were made by the Trexler Funeral Home, Allentown.
