Flora J. Ross, 79, of Salisbury Township, died Jan. 17, 2017, in her home. She was the wife of Lee Ross with whom she would have shared 60 years of marriage at the end of January. Born in Stroudsburg, she was the daughter of the late Dorothy M. (Kintner) and George K. Brands Sr.

She was a cafeteria worker and special needs bus monitor for the Whitehall Coplay School District for many years, retiring in 2010.

She was baptized in the Methodist faith.

She is survived by her husband; son, Daniel L. and his wife Diane, of Emmaus; daughter, Robyn L. and her husband Robert J. Cimerol, of Whitehall; sister, Dorothy M. Anderson, of Pine, Ariz.; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

Services are private. Arrangements were made by the K.V. Knopp Funeral Home, Inc., Allentown.
