Allen Township Youth Association is holding sign-ups for spring baseball.

Sign-ups for those ages 4 to 18 are planned for Jan. 21 and Feb. 4, 18 and 25 at Howertown Park Field House.

Sign-ups also are underway for East Allen Township Recreation Department’s spring sports programs.

T-ball and baseball are available to boys ages 5 to 14. Children must turn 14 after May 1. All baseball teams will participate in the NAA House League and Parkland Youth League.

The soccer program is available to boys and girls ages 5 to 16. To play U16 soccer, the child must have been born between Aug. 1, 2000, and July 31, 2001. All soccer teams will participate in the Northern Valley Youth Soccer League.

East Allen Township residents may sign up 6-7:30 p.m. Jan. 19 at the municipal building, 5344 Nor-Bath Blvd.

Open registration will be held 6-7:30 p.m. Jan. 24 and 26 and 9:30-11 a.m. Jan. 28.

Registration also can be taken care of 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. weekdays at the municipal office.

The Allen Township and East Allen Township municipal buildings will be closed Feb. 20 in observance of Presidents Day.
