Anna Mae Fridirici, 92, of Macungie and formerly of Fogelsville, died Dec. 23, 2016, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of the late Dr. David G. Fridirici.

Born in Lancaster, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Mae (Snyder) Brubaker.

She was a 1942 graduate of Whitehall High School and, in 1945, of the former Haff Hospital School of Nursing.

She worked at the Haff Hospital and later at a doctor’s office. She then assisted her husband at his veterinary practice in Fogelsville.

She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Fogelsville.

She is survived by two sons, Mark S. and his wife Nancy Wood of Kutztown and David M. and his wife Dawn of Whitehall; a daughter, Carol Ann and her husband Steve Whitaker of Berwyn; a sister, Nancy Reichert of Wernersville; five grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
