William “Billie” J. Kareyva, 62, of Orangeville, Calif., and formerly of Catasauqua, died Nov. 5, 2016.

Born in Butler Township, he was a son of the late Albert J. and Janet M. (Hower) Kareyva.

He was a Vietnam War veteran.

He is survived by three brothers, John and Geary Kareyva and Albert; and four sisters, Rita Batz, Joyce Nichols, Candace K. Madea and Beverly Kareyva.

He was predeceased by a brother, Tony.
