Joan D. Antonition, 86, of Germansville, died Nov. 11, 2016, in her home.

She was the wife of the late John C. Antonition.

Born May 23, 1930, in Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Dorothy (Shields) McNertney.

She was a Catholic.

Her survivors include children Colleen J. Agnew and her husband, James, of State College, John C. Jr. of Whitehall, Richard M., and David B. and his wife, Susan, all of Germansville, Donald J. of Slatington; sister Judith Dorward of Bethlehem; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

Private services will take place at Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., Schnecksville. There will be no calling hours.

Interment will follow the service at St. Vladimir’s Lower Cemetery, Palmerton.
