Bath: Bath to hold tree lighting Nov. 27

The Borough of Bath will be holding its annual Christmas tree-lighting ceremony 5 p.m. Nov. 27 at Monocacy Creek Park.

Mountain View Wesleyan Church, 1001 Deemer Road, will be having its Christmas cookie sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 3. Come out to purchase your homemade Christmas cookies.

They will be sold by the pound with a large variety to choose from.

Light refreshments also will be available.

St. John’s Lutheran Church, 206 E. Main St., will be holding a holiday craft fair 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Dec. 3. There will be many vendors and crafters.

The kitchen will be open as well.

Klecknersville Rangers Volunteer Fire Company, 2718 Mountain View Drive, will be having its next indoor flea market 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Dec. 4.

The kitchen also will be open.

Also, bingo is held every Tuesday night at the fire company. Doors open 5 p.m., and bingo begins 7 p.m.

There’s a new store in town! Wendy Setzer opened Nouvelle Vie, which means “new life” in French. The store is an eclectic selection of creatively repurposed and refurbished home goods. The store will feature furniture, lighting and work by local artists.
