Neil A. Coles, 80, of Northampton, died Nov. 3, 2016, at home. He was the husband of Dolores M. (Schwartz) since Aug. 12, 2016, after many years together.

Born in Coopersburg, he was a son of the late Howard R. Jr. and Hilda (Ehritz) Coles.

He was an assembler at Mack Trucks Inc., Allentown, for 35 years, until he retired in 1987. He worked part time in parts delivery for the former Northampton Auto Parts for several years.

He attended Queenship of Mary Church, Northampton.

He was a member of Lehigh Valley Corvette Club, Allentown.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Scott and Christopher and his wife Janice Coles; four stepdaughters, Karen and her husband William Heydt of Newark, Del., Christine and her husband Colin Amey of Alburtis, Colleen and her husband Michael Funari of Easton and Mary Beth and her husband Robert Schimeneck of Allentown; a stepson, Michael and his wife Angelina Egge of Macungie; a brother, Barry and his wife Robin Coles of Bethlehem; 18 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a stepdaughter, Francine; and a stepgrandaughter, Hope.
