Mary Alice Craig

Mary Alice (Bonner) Craig died Oct. 22, 2016, at home. She was the wife of the late Francis Craig for 57 years.

She was born in South Philadelphia.

She attended St. Monica School and graduated with honors from John W. Hallahan Catholic High School for Girls.

She was a secretary in a Philadelphia law firm and was a parish secretary at St. Stephen of Hungary.

She was a member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church, Fullerton, where she helped in the school and parish.

She volunteered at Mercy Day School and various pro-life organizations.

She is survived by seven children, Francis Jr. and his wife Coleen, Joseph, Sister Mary Anne, OSF, Anthony and his wife Lori, John and his wife Kim, Thomas and his wife Stacy Broad and Catherine and her husband Francis Altmire; 17 grandchildren, Patrick, Daniel, Corey, Michael, Ryan, Gabriella, Connor, Bridget, Frankie, Mary Kate, Ian, Alexa, Audrey, Lucas, Margot, Joseph and Gianna; three brothers, Edwin J., Thomas J. and Francis J. Bonner; and extended family.

There will be a visitation time 6-8:30 p.m. Nov. 4 at the funeral home, 444 Pershing Blvd., Whitehall, 18052. A funeral Mass will take place 10:30 a.m. Nov. 5 at the church, 618 Fullerton Ave., Whitehall, 18052.
