The “Author Series at the J,” JCC of the Lehigh Valley, 702 N. 22nd St., Allentown, includes:
Felice Cohen, 7 p.m. Oct. 30. Her “tiny living” YouTube video received more than 12 million hits. She wrote “What Papa Told Me” as a gift to her grandfather, a Holocaust survivor. The talk is cosponsored by The Holocaust Center.
Dr. Judith Lasker, 7 p.m. Nov. 13. The NEH Distinguished Professor of Sociology and Anthropology discusses her book, “Hoping to Help: The Promises and Pitfalls of Global Health Volunteering.”
Dr. Lawrence Levitt, 7 p.m. Nov. 30. The neurologist co-wrote the book, “Uncommon Wisdom.”
Books will be available for purchase in the Art Gallery. Complimentary refreshments will also be available.
