Stephen H. Kiss, 83, of Northampton, died Oct. 24, 2016, at Muhlenberg Hospital, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Marvelene M. (Dankel) Kiss for 65 years.
Born in Northampton, he was a son of the late Stephen F. and Rose M. (Keschl) Kiss.
He was in the U.S. Navy.
He worked at National Portland Cement, Mack Trucks and Our Lady of Hungary School.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by four sons, Stephen J. and his wife Mary of Northampton, Joseph J. and his wife Jacquelyn, John J. of Northampton and Tony of Northampton; two daughters, Roseann Morgan and her companion Doug Marqueen of Fredericksburg, Va., and Christine M. and her husband Stephen Toth of Northampton; a sister, Mary “Mitzy” Rajkovac; 18 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a daughter, Mary Kiss; and a grandson, Jason M. Kiss.
There will be a visitation 7-8:30 p.m. Oct. 27 and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Oct. 28, both at the funeral home, 2119 Washington Ave., Northampton, 18067. A Mass of Christian burial will be 11 a.m. Oct. 28 at Queenship of Mary Catholic Church, 1324 Newport Ave., Northampton. Interment will be at Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery, Northampton.
