Stella D. Nester, 86, of Allentown, died Sept. 20, 2016, at the Phoebe Home, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Norman H. Nester, who died in 2014. At the time of his death they were married 65 years. Born in Salisbury Township, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Lydia (Siegfried) Smith. She was the last survivor of 13 children.

She was an active member of Upper Milford Mennonite Church.

She is survived by daughters, Sharon Bleiler, Renee and her husband Brad Hoch, Denise and her husband Barry Jacoby and Monica and her husband Tom Thayer; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Kenneth.
