Paul R. Radon, 79, of Whitehall, died Aug. 18, 2016, in his home. He was the husband of Carole J. (Wentz) Radon for 55 years.
Born in Coplay, he was a son of the late Whadyslaw and Pauline (Pellach) Radon.
He was a 1955 graduate of Coplay High School, where he played baseball and basketball.
He worked in the parts department of Mack Trucks, from which he retired after 37 years.
He played Coplay Legion baseball.
He was a life member of Fullerton Fire Company No. 1.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Carolyn A. of Whitehall and Paula A. Radon Regan and her husband Brian Regan of Annapolis, Md.; a sister, Helen and her husband the Very Rev. Paul R. of Pittsburgh; and a brother, Walter of Whitehall.
He was predeceased by eight siblings.
There will be a visitation 11 a.m.-noon Aug. 27 at the funeral home, 444 Pershing Blvd., Whitehall. A reception will follow 12:30 p.m. at Catasauqua American Legion Post 215, 330 Second St., Catasauqua.
