Evelyn R. Longenbach, 73, of Bethlehem, died Aug. 8, 2016, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Bethlehem.

Born in Moore Township, she was a daughter of the late Woodrow W. and the late Margaret E. (Ruth) Longenbach.

She was employed in housekeeping at Atria Assisted Living for six years until she retired in 2006. Prior to that, she worked in the same capacity at Holiday Inn, Bethlehem, for 12 years.

She was a member of Christ United Church of Christ, Schoenersville.

She is survived by three brothers, Russell G. and his wife Dorothy Longenbach, and Donald E. and Ronald W. Longenbach, and a sister, Linda and her husband Elmer Dunbar, all of Bethlehem; a companion, Warren Gressley of Danielsville; a niece; two nephews; and four great-nephews.

She was predeceased by a brother, William; and a sister, Phyllis Hamm.
