Carl G. Snyder, 95, formerly of Breinigsville, died July 8, 2016, at The Lutheran Home, Topton. He was the husband of Arlene M. (Hamm) Snyder for 73 years.

Born in Germansville, he was a son of the late Clarence and Laura (Heilman) Snyder.

He farmed in Upper Macungie, worked for Odenheimer Water Systems and was a welder for PennDOT before he retired.

He was a member of and served on the consistory for Ziegels United Church of Christ, Breinigsville.

He was a member of the Fogelsville and Trexlertown fire companies and of Fogelsville Senior Citizens.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Roger C. and his wife Lori Snyder; two daughters, Sandra A. and her husband Lee Mengel and Nancy J. and her husband Larry Geiger; seven grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
