Lehigh Career and Technical Institute and Northwestern Lehigh High School student Gavin Mengel, in precision machine tool technology, earned second place in the CNC Technician contest at the SkillsUSA Pennsylvania Leadership and Skill Championships this spring at Hershey Lodge.

SkillsUSA is one of seven career and technical student organizations at LCTI.
