Thomas Michael Bonser, 57, of Salisbury Township, died June 26, 2016, unexpectedly while on a fishing trip in upstate New York. He was the husband of Jacqueline Jean (Heckenberger) Bonser. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of Helen (Oravec) Bonser, of Salisbury Township and the late Howard Bonser.
He was a graduate of Freedom High School. He was a salesman for IAI Construction for the past three years and prior to that worked in sales for Banko Beverage for 20 years.
He was a member of the Fearless Fire Co. #14, Mountainville Fire Co., Macungie VFW, The Goodfellows Club and the Westside Republican Club.
He was a parishioner of St. Paul’s R.C. Church, Allentown.
He enjoyed fishing and golfing and especially loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife; mother; daughter, Amanda and her husband Nicholas Seibert; son, Thomas Michael, Jr.; brother, Michael and his wife, Vicki, all of Allentown; nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, Tenn., 38105.
Visitation will be held at the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, 5 to 8 p.m. June 30 and 8 to 9:15 a.m. July 1. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. July 1 at St. Paul’s R.C. Church, 920 S. 2nd St., Allentown.
