Delores “Dolly” B. Hummel, 79, of Allentown, died June 21, 2016.

Born in Danielsville, she was a daughter of the late William and the late Kathryn (Minnich) Bossard.

She attended Northampton High School and was a graduate of Madison College, Va., where she earned a degree in English and speech.

She was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha National Honorary Fraternity.

She was a teacher, social worker and volunteer.

She is survived by a daughter, Lisa Weaver; a son, Bryan Duker; two grandchildren, Hannah and Jacob; and a brother, Bernard Bossard.
