Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) is offering a new, free program for new or first-generation students, adult students returning to college, as well as anyone wanting to learn skills for academic success.

The 2016 “Summer Bridge” program will be held 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Aug. 1-4 and 8-11 at LCCC sites in Allentown, Tamaqua and the main campus in Schnecksville, North Whitehall Township.

LCCC’s Career Development Center will help students focus on their talents while increasing their knowledge, strategies and skills, in the areas of math and reading, to help the transition into college coursework.
