Michaelanne Ende, 68, of Lower Macungie Township, died peacefully at home May 28, 2016, after a long illness. She was the beloved wife of Henry C. Ende. The couple would have celebrated 44 years of marriage in September. Born in the Bronx, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Arnold George and Anne (O’Malley) Johnson.

She was a volunteer and member of the Allentown Art Museum for many years where she gave tours and was on the board of directors for SOTA.

She was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Allentown.

She is survived by her husband; son, Brian T.; daughter, Kristen C.; sisters, Geraldine J. Carpenter, Noreen J. Gillen and Stephanie J. Sutorius.

A memorial service will be held 2:30 p.m. July 23 in the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 17th & Hamilton streets, Allentown. A visitation will be held noon to 2:30 p.m. July 23 in the funeral home.
