Jenna Lynne Josie Souders, 23, of Allentown, died June 7, 2016, at Lehigh Valley Muhlenberg Hospital.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of Terry Souders of Trexlertown and Melissa (Offutt) Souders and fiancé Nickelas Reznick of Allentown.

A beautiful baby, an adorable little girl and a beautiful young woman, she suffered with the disease of addiction, which took her life at such a young age.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by a sister, Nicolette Souders of Allentown; a brother, Corey Offutt of Philadelphia; maternal grandparents, Shirley and Manly Offutt of South Whitehall; paternal grandparents, Mary Jo and Barry Souders and Lilli and Charles Allen of Florida. She was a niece of Gene and Mike Souders and Roxanne Hansel.
