Josephine I. Miller, 87, of Northampton, died May 29, 2016, at Gracedale. She was the wife of the late Russell Miller.

Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Sophia (Buchina) Kosman.

She was the head cook for Northampton High School for 27 years until she retired in 1996.

She was a member of the former St. Michael the Arch Angel and of the church rosary society.

She is survived by a daughter, Carol and her husband Gregory Kistler of Walnutport; a son, Thomas and his wife Cindy of Walnutport; three grandchildren, Dominic DeAngelo, Gina Porvaznik and Mathew Miller; five great-grandchildren, Damian, Emma, Hailey, Hayden and Harley; and a brother, Alfred Kosman and his wife Betty of Northampton.

She was predeceased by her companion, Donald Miller.
