Corliss (Corky) E. Frisch, 61, of Northampton, died May 29, 2016, at Lehigh Valley Hospital after a three-year struggle with breast cancer. She was the wife of Stephen M. Frisch for 40 years.

Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Marie (Holian) Griesemer.

She was a 1973 graduate of Northampton High School.

She was a member of Queenship of Mary Church.

She worked for Cutler Hammer, Gilboy Ford and the Cement National Bank of Fullerton.

She was a financial specialist at PP&L until she retired in March after 36 years.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Stephen Michael III and John Michael, both of Northampton; two sisters, Dianne and her husband Richard Missimer of Whitehall and Jeanette and her husband Alfred Hammel of Glen Falls, N.Y.; a sister-in-law, Lucille and her husband Greg Sommers of Allen Township; nieces; nephews; great-nieces; and great-nephews.
