Josephine B. Kopp, 88, of Mohrsville, formerly of Walnutport and Emmaus, died May 29, 2016, at her daughter’s home. She was the wife of the late George K. Kopp who died in 2003. Born in York, she was the daughter of the late Harold F. Bousum and Minerva (Lau) Bousum.

She was employed in the housekeeping department of the former Allentown Osteopathic Hospital for 10 years, retiring in 1988.

She attended Mohrsville Church of the Brethren, Mohrsville.

She is survived by a daughter, Wanda J. and her husband John Boyer, of Mohrsville; son, Allen W. and his wife Debra, of Greensboro, N.C.; sister, Geraldine and her husband Kenneth Hilbert, of Bowling Green, Ky.; five grandchildren, Amy and her husband Jeffery Searfoss, Timothy Boyer and his wife Jacquelyn, Christina and her husband Stephen Bare, Louis Boyer, Charae and her husband James Thornsberry; 13 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister Dorcas Smith and a granddaughter, Josephine Rose Kopp.

A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. June 2, at the Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave., Northampton, 18067. The family will receive friends 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service.
