As a reminder, June is National Trails Month, with June 6 being designated as National Trails Day.

On June 6, weather permitting, Lehigh Township Rails to Trails (LTRT) will be present at the Slatington Trailhead from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in celebration of National Trails Day.

Walking and biking on trails promote healthy living. The creation of trails also helps to protect green space and creates environmental awareness.
