Josephine B. Kopp, 88, of Mohrsville and formerly of Walnutport and Emmaus, died May 29, 2016, at her daughter’s home. She was the wife of the late George E. Kopp.

Born in York, she was a daughter of the late Harold F. and Minerva (Lau) Bousum.

She was employed in the housekeeping department of the former Allentown Osteopathic Hospital for 10 years until she retired in 1988.

She attended Mohrsville Church of the Brethren, Mohrsville.

She is survived by a daughter, Wanda J. and her husband John Boyer of Mohrsville; a son, Allen W. and his wife Debra of Greensboro, N.C.; a sister, Geraldine and her husband Kenneth Hilbert of Bowling Green, Ky.; five grandchildren, Amy and her husband Jeffery Searfoss, Timothy and his wife Jacquelyn Boyer, Christina and her husband Stephen Bare, Louis Boyer and Charae and her husband James Thornsberry; and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a sister, Dorcas Smith; and a granddaughter, Josephine Rose Kopp.

There will be a calling hour from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed by a funeral service 11 a.m., at Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave., Northampton, 18067.
