William C. Kuzmin Jr.

William “Buddy” C. Kuzmin Jr., 61, of Lehigh Township, was stricken at home and died May 20, 2016, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg. He was the husband of Priscilla “Sally” A. (Miller) Kuzmin for 31 years.

Born in Fountain Hill, he was a son of the late William C. Sr. and Jean (Horinko) Kuzmin.

He was a 1972 graduate of Liberty High School.

He was a truck driver for James D. Morrissey Inc. for the past nine years.

He owned and operated Kuzmin Trucking Company, Northampton, for 19 years.

He was the commissioner of Moore Township Athletic Association Girls Softball League for many years.

He was a member of International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 773, Allentown.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Amanda E. and her fiancé Jeff Shuey of Lehigh Township; a son, Bryan W. Kuzmin, also of Lehigh Township; two sisters, Sandi and Monica Kuzmin, both of Bethlehem; a brother-in-law, Chuck and his wife Susan Miller of Northampton; and two nephews, Chris and his wife Allison Miller of Lehighton and Eric and his wife Lori Miller of Northampton.

There will be a calling hour from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. May 26 at the funeral home, 2165 Community Drive, Route 946, Village of Moorestown, Bath, 18014. There will be a second calling hour from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed by the service 11 a.m., May 27 at Zion’s Stone United Church of Christ, 51 Church Road, Kreidersville, Northampton, 18067.

Contributions may be made in memory of “Buddy” to Peaceable Kingdom, 1049 MacArthur Road, Whitehall, 18052.
