Abram A. Fair Jr., 82, of Emmaus, died April 28, 2016. Born in Redington, he was a son of the late Abram A. Sr., and Esther (Forrer) Fair.
He served his country honorably in the Army during the Korean War. Following that, he worked for the Fuller Company in Catasauqua as the new project service manager.
He was a member of St. Luke’s Old Williams Church in Lower Saucon Township.
He was a member of Lodge 469 of the F. & A.M. in Coopersburg and a Scottish Rite Mason in the Valley of Allentown.
He is survived by sons, Richard, of East Greenville, and Dennis, of Emmaus; daughter, Carolyn Detwiler, of Macungie and siblings, Esther Judd, Shirley and sister-in-laws Kathryn and Loretta. He was predeceased by a son, Jeffrey and siblings, Oliver, Sophia, June, Pauline, Marjorie, James, Grace, Edward and Martha.
Contributions may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society.
