David L. Kotsch, 72, of Northampton and a longtime Whitehall resident, died May 11, 2016.
Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Ernest J. Kotsch Sr. and Dorothy (Bittner) Greenwood and Dolores J. “Dolly” (Stem) Kotsch of Whitehall.
He was in combat with the Fifth Cavalry, U.S. Army, in Vietnam.
He was co-owner of Kotsch’s Market, Third Street, Fullerton, until he retired in 1999.
He was a life member and judge for the AACA.
He was a member of Fullerton American Legion Post 367 and a life member of Fullerton Fire Company No. 1.
He was an antique automobile collector and enthusiast.
He is survived by a son, Michael E. and his wife Melissa “Missy” L. (Brunst) of Whitehall; two grandsons, Alexander and Nicholas; and two brothers, Ernest J. Jr and Kathy of Whitehall and John D. and his wife Lori of Bethlehem.
