State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Jonathan Aponte, 30, of York, was stopped for an alleged traffic violation 2:20 a.m. March 26 on Route 222, south of Mill Creek Road, Upper Macungie Township.

Police allege Aponte was driving under suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Aponte was taken into custody and charges were filed with District Judge Michael Faulkner, Upper Macungie Township.
