Submit ‘Hometown Heroes’ photos

Photos of family members, neighbors and friends who have served or are serving in the United States Armed Forces are being accepted for the sixth annual “Our Hometown Heroes” display at SteelStacks Memorial Day weekend, May 28-30.

Each submitted photo will be displayed on one of the “Our Hometown Heroes” banners on the SteelStacks campus and include the soldier’s rank, branch, dates of service and hometown.

In honor of five years of the “Our Hometown Heroes’ program at SteelStacks, Embassy Bank and ArtsQuest are servicemen and women featured on the “Our Hometown Heroes” banners to attend the Memorial Day Celebration, where they will be honored during a service as part of the weekend’s activities.

“The response to ‘Our Hometown Heroes’ has been simply incredible, with an outpouring of support from the community over the past five years,” says Embassy Bank CEO, President and Chairman Dave Lobach Jr.

“There are now more than 550 images of servicemen and women on display at SteelStacks, and we are looking forward to honoring them.”

Submissions for “Our Hometown Heroes” are being accepted at: steelstacks.org/memorial-day/ through April 29. Photos should be high-resolution images in jpeg, tiff, bitmap or PDF file. Color and black & white photographs may be dropped off at Lehigh Valley Embassy Bank branches.

The Memorial Day Celebration presented by Embassy Bank includes three days of music, family activities and programming.
