Spring Migration Watch. Daily, through May 15: Trail fee. Visit North Lookout and watch for spring migrants.
Owl Prowl, 7:30 8:30 p.m. April 8: Children-friendly program about Pennsylvania owls.
Phonescoping Workshop, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. April 9: Workshop about taking photos through spotting scopes with a smartphone.
“Owl Moon” Children’s Workshop, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. April 9: Reading of “Owl Moon” by Jane Yolan followed by crafts and singing.
Teen Trail Day, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. April 16: Free. Work to improve trail system and learn about outdoor community service.
Pennsylvania Amphibian and Reptile Atlas, 10 a.m. - noon April 17: Learn the conservation and role of amphibians and reptiles.
Night Walk to South Lookout, 8 - 9 p.m. April 21: Guided, moderate walk by moonlight.
Raptors within Riparian Zone, noon - 4:30 p.m. April 24: Explore the Little Schuylkill River by canoe
The Wonder of Wildflowers, 1 - 2:30 p.m. April 30: Trail fee. Walk to identify spring forest ecology
Rachel Carson: A Sense of Wonder, 5 pm. April 30: Free. Highlights of Rachel Carson’s accomplishments
