Richard “Rich” J. Fox Jr., 56, of Whitehall, died March 29, 2016, after a three-year battle with cancer. He was the husband of Donna M. (Tait) Fox for 27 years.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Richard J. and Martha (Ballas) Fox.

He was a 1978 graduate of Whitehall High School.

He owned the former Dorney Square Miniature Golf, Allentown. He worked for Penn Builders and was in construction for many years.

He was a member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church, where he coached youth basketball.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Zachary T.; a sister, Terrie and her husband David Hummel of Carlisle; two stepbrothers, Thomas and Stephen Mazzeo; and extended family.

There will be a calling time beginning 9:30 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m., both April 9 at the church, 618 Fullerton Ave., Whitehall, 18052. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Whitehall.
