William H. Creyer Jr., 88, of Coplay, died March 22, 2016, at his home.

Born in Allen Township, he was a son of the late William H. Creyer Sr. and Jennie (Michael) Creyer.

He was a T/5 in the U.S. Army during World War II.

He was a mail carrier for U.S. Postal Service, Allentown office, for 30 years until he retired in 1982.

He was a life member, former treasurer and caretaker of the pavilion at Copeechan Fish and Game Club, Schnecksville.

He is survived by a son, William H. III and his wife Virginia of Schnecksville; two grandsons; Kyle and Keith Creyer; and a great-grandson, William John Creyer.

He was predeceased by son, Keith A. Creyer.
