Helen E. Haldeman, 97, of Catasauqua, died March 28, 2016, in her residence.

Born in Catasauqua, she was a daughter of the late John and Anna (Bochnik) Nachisty.

She was a buyer for Leh’s. She worked in the clerical department at Fuller Company, Catasauqua.

She was a member of Salem United Church of Christ, Catasauqua.

She was a member of Allentown Hiking Club.

She is survived by a niece; and two nephews.

She was predeceased by a brother, Stephen Nachisty; and three sisters, Francis Nachisty, Wanda Rowland and Sophie Berryman.

There will be a calling time from 10 to 11 a.m. followed by a service 11 a.m., both April 1, at the funeral home, 234 Walnut St., Catasauqua, 18032.
